Recreating the dark and gruesome world of Sweeney Todd, the fictional Demon Barber of Fleet Street according urban legend ... at the Vanemuine Theatre in Tartu, Estonia, was a tricky task requiring the juxtaposition of a classic Victorian east London docklands ambiance as the historical industrial backdrop, shot through with lighting and effects to recreate multiple locations.

Robe moving lights were chosen to light the enormous stage and spectacular set that was the ‘central event’ for the 2015 Vendimia grape harvest festival at the Frank Romero Day Greek Theatre in Mendoza, the heart – and soul - of Argentina’s wine producing region.

Robe is supporting UK based Light Artist and Creative Director of Dark Art London, Simon Brockwell at the 2014 Vivid Festival of Music, Light & Ideas in Sydney, Australia, in the realisation of his bold and innovative light sculpture, ‘Sky Flower’.

A section of Prague’s beautiful hilltop Letná Park area was transformed into an exciting and fun Olympic Park environment for the duration of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics, complete with a lighting installation in key areas by Prague based technical production company AV Media, which included over 100 Robe moving lights.

Robe moving lights - including ROBIN 600 LEDWashes and ROBIN 600E Beams - were the core fixtures of the Main Stage lighting design by Johan Ferreira for the 2011 Innibos Lowveld National Arts Festival, staged in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

Robe ROBIN moving lights and CitySkape Xtremes from Robe's LED range were at the heart of a glamorous lighting scheme created by LD Nick Jevons of Electric Fly Productions for leading cosmetics brand Rimmel in London's iconic Battersea Power Station.

Lighting designer Helmut Krammer used over 100 Robe fixtures - a mixture of moving lights and units from Robe's innovative LED series - for the 2011 Summer Night Concert, performed by the Vienna Philharmonic orchestra in the beautiful Baroque gardens at Schönbrunn Palace, one of the most important cultural monuments in Austria, which created a stunning backdrop.
