ROBIN® DLS ProfileRobe once again was the lighting sponsor for the annual TPi Awards, the 2014 edition of which was staged last night at the Novotel West London in Hammersmith to honour the technical and creative talents and achievements of the live production / event industry in the last year … and remember its ‘absent friends’.
Lighting kit included 32 x Pointes, 82 x CycFX, 28 x MiniMes, 90 x LEDBeam 100s, 44 x LEDWash 600, 20 x DLFs, 8 x DLSs and 28 x MMX Spots – all from Robe’s ROBIN range.
Lighting was programmed and operated by James Scott and supplied and rigged by UK rental company Siyan.
In addition to this, Robe sponsored the Award for ‘Favorite Lighting Rental Company of the Year’, which was presented by Bob Schacherl, CEO of Robe lighting Inc. and won by Neg Earth.
The 2014 TPi Awards was produced by Mondiale, publishers of TPi Magazine.

Kuressaare Castle on the island of Saaremaa, Estonia, provided a magical backdrop and a beautiful setting for the 2024 Saaremaa Opera Festival, staged in a 68-metre-long 29-metre-wide 2000-capacity temporary arena elegantly butted up to the Castle.
